Grooming and skincare brand, Monroe of London has launched in the UK by founders Luke Reynolds and Gareth Boden. Monroe of London was born out of their passion for quality products that are beautifully and faultlessly designed. Working within the Fashion Photography industry for over 20 years each has given them the exposure to the industry focused on looking good. The aim of Monroe of London was not only to create beautiful looking products but also to promote great skin health.
Luke and Gareth, say, “We want a brand all men can use, not just a niche part of the market. Form and function is very important to us, and governs everything we apply ourselves to. Crafting quality, technical, easy-to-use, and often dual-purpose skin care products is what we are about”.
All of Monroe of London’s products are being produced in London, which is a rarity in this industry. Their aim is to be the skin care brand behind both classic and modern British style.

I tested the Cleanse & Shave Solution and the Matte Hair Clay. Firstly, I have to say the packaging and branding is spot-on. The brand certainly knows their market and is competitively priced against other lux grooming products. In terms of the products effectiveness, the shave balm has to be one of the best I have tested; it soothes skin as well as being easy to apply. I am usually not a big fan of matt clay products, however Monroes one feels light on the hair and prevents grease.
Monroe of London is exclusively distributed by Wigmore Medical. With over 30 years experience the brand has launched some of the biggest aesthetic brands and products in the UK.
