Lululemon’s SweatLife Festival

Chappers, Sweatlife is returning!

For those of you who attended last year, I imagine you’re already in the Cobra (Bhujangasana), limbering up for the occasion and seeking out your best lycra. For those of you who didn’t, allow me to elaborate.

Last year, one of our favourite apparel brands, Lululemon, hosted a one-day fitness expo, which featured, sweat, yoga and personal development classes. The event surrounded personal well-being and loving the life you live. Due to its immense success, Sweatlife is returning but this time for a two-day period at London’s Tobacco Dock!

‘New and returning guests are set to enjoy 48 hours of sweaty,

stretchy and thought-provoking fun.’

Sweatlife is the biggest Lululemon community experience in Europe and their mantra is all about attendees achieving a life they love! The aim is to empower event-goers and connect them to both local and globally renowned instructors, in order to achieve authentic relationships that will lead to a healthier and more positive outlook on life.

It’s a rather eclectic mix of activities, as they host yoga, boxing, pilates, spin, barre, bootcamp and dance workshops, all under one roof – it’s certainly going to get pulses racing.

The ethos surrounding the Sweatlife Festival is plain to see; a globally renowned, technical apparel brand thrive on enhancing the lives of their customers, by opening doors and breaking boundaries – this is a fantastic platform for enthusiasts of all abilities, to broaden their fitness horizons and feel great about themselves.

And, if somehow all of the above isn’t enough reason to get involved, then allow me to add that the Sweatlife gear will be available to buy at the event; and chappers, the pieces are bloody wonderful.

Let me search for my most flexible pants and I’ll see you there.

Tickets for Sweatlife in London are available now from lululemon.co.uk/sweatlife.
