The Nova Building Penthouse Deluxe

Chappers, have you ever been flicking through a magazine or simply googled, ‘perfect homes,’ and stumbled across a place where you think to yourself, ‘Wow, that is literally my dream home?’

Of course you have; we all have, multiple times. It’s these seemingly unattainable goals that keep us motivated and driven for more, on a day to day basis.

Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but all your dreams are about to be eclipsed by the wonder we have below.

Allow me to bring to your attention, the Penthouse Suite, within The Nova Building, which has been described as, the ‘jewel in the crown,’ of a £2.2bn Landsec renovation within London’s Victoria.

The recently completed Nova Building play host to 170 beautiful apartments, including one exceptional duplex penthouse, which neighbours Buckingham Palace, is a mere stones throw away from Belgravia and is within walking distance of Pimlico, Knightsbridge and Mayfair.

10/10 for location? I’d Say.

The area is a haven for shopping, working and dining, with an array of boutique stores, luxurious restaurants (including Jason Atherton’s Hai Cenato, Timmy Green & The Rail House Cafe) and corporate offices within the nearby vicinity. What’s more, if you don’t fancy popping out and leaving The Nova Building, it possesses its own private home cinema and gym. I know, goals right?

The penthouse itself features a stunning collection of curated, original art, bespoke hand-crafted rugs, and a number of show-stopping chandeliers.

On top of that, it’s decorated with mirror polished rosewood veneers, wallpaper inspired from the sixties, antique bronze, buttoned leather, sky blue velvets and indulgent dark blue paint.

This place is to die for and boasts a wonderful fusion of classic and contemporary style, which has been dutifully designed to appear ‘created for individuals.’

In terms of layout, the penthouse has four delightfully dressed bedrooms that all possess en suites, ranging in size and facilities, but are all adorned with marble in some way or another.

If your home has a TV, it’s usually found in the living room, yet due to the building having its very own private cinema and the penthouse’s living room playing host to the most breathtaking view of London, I guess there’s not much need for one. The kitchen is elegant and minimalist, but extremely spacious so there will never be the issue of too many cooks…

As you make your way upstairs, you’ll come across a Dapper Chapper favourite; the in-house bar. Which is magnificent. The perfect place to rustle yourself a drink, before choosing where to enjoy it. The incredible living space (fitted with swinging chairs that hang from the ceiling) or the roof terrace..? I’ll let you decide!

While we’re on the topic of the roof terrace, I must say it’s pretty spectacular. It’s like having your own little haven of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the city below, with a stunning 360 degree view of the city.
