Celebrate the Day of the Dead with el Jimador!

The Day of the Dead is fast approaching (2nd November); a holiday that originates in Mexico and focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember those who have died, in order to help support their spiritual journey.

If you’re still unsure of what we’re talking about, think the opening scene of the most recent James Bond, Spectre…

In celebration of this holiday, el Jimador Tequila have launched a limited edition, Day of the Dead bottle, which offers a fantastic way to toast the festival!

Their unique bottles feature illustrations from American artist, David Lozeau, who is known for his vibrant imagery. The designs embody the Mexican spirit of Day of the Dead and epitomise el Jimador’s philosophy of encouraging consumers to live life in its most vibrant form.

Instead of simply going round the circle with a series of shots, we thought to serve up this vibrant tasting tequila in a Paloma cocktail, topped with grapefruit soda, squeeze of fresh lime juice and garnished with a wedge of fresh grapefruit. This provides you with a taste of Mexico in a more manageable and enjoyable serve!

El Jimador offer two types of tequila;

  • Blanco, which is a crystal-clear liquid, buzzing with citrus notes.
  • Reposado, an award winning drink, which offers a warmer, more seasoned flavour.

So, if you’re looking to host a Day of the Dead party or are just a tequila enthusiast, get involved with el Jimador’s limited edition collection!
