Thom Sweeney AW 16 at LCM

Thom Sweeney has always been a brand on the Dapper Chapper raydar. Established in 2007 by Thom Whiddett and Luke Sweeney the brand is known for its great tailoring ethos and giving British tailoring a global relevance.

With a focus on exquisite fabric, Thom Sweeney introduces Winter Seersucker; a unique wool blend heavier than its summer offering. Flannel has been reimagined in grey chalk stripe and Prince of Wales check, alongside new needle corduroy green cashmere and a British Holland & Sherry tweed suit. Furthermore, we love the brands first ever denim tailored trouser in a heavy cotton.

Outerwear consists of a tailored Pea Coat, a cashmere double breasted overcoat and a down-filled gilet.

The collection consists of strong earthy tones including camel, brown, green and hints of navy and grey.

Lastly but by no means least, Thom Sweeney’s eveningwear celebrates the tuxedo with a navy peak lapel and two-tone slim fit in wool.

We love the mix of traditional pieces and new ideas, definitely one to watch when it hits the shelves this Autumn.
