The Dapper Chapper favorite Hakkasan, launches a global ‘Only At‘ menu. Each restaurant around the world will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the original restaurant in London’s Hanway Place by launching Only At dishes and cocktails. As the name suggests, the unique offering will celebrate each restaurant’s individuality and location. Using seasonal ingredients whilst still using Hakkasan’s Chinese cooking methods.
In the fifteen years since the first Hakkasan opened in London, eleven restaurants have opened globally in the UK, China, India, US and Middle East.
The Only At Hanway menu consists of six dishes including Braised Royal king crab with rock chive, Wok-fried Scottish razor clam in XO sauce and Spicy Rhug Estate lamb cannon with kumquat, ginger and garlic. Whereas the Only At Bruton menu features Pan fried pork belly in plum sauce, Stir-fry langoustine Szechaun style and Eight treasure crispy beancurd wrap with yam bean and shitake mushroom.
The cocktails feature a range of different spirits and flavours, amongst many others the Twist and stout will be available on the Only At Bruton menu combining Diplomatico Reserva rum, Grand Marnier, espresso coffee and a homemade stout soup to create an alternative espresso martini.
These menus will chance twice a year with a strong emphasis on seasonality, I recommend you try at least one of the new menus and experience a bit of hakkasan’s history.
