Hamilton + Hare x Private White VC
We are excited to see one of the most natural, like-minded partnerships landing just before Christmas through the coming together of British brands Hamilton + Hare and Private White VC.
The collection of quality co-designed garments features a Manchester-made cashmere-cotton robe, boxer shorts as well as comfort-first lounge sets, focusing on the core values of each party in the provision of quality fabrics presented in contemporary classics – and we love it!
“We visited the Private White V.C. factory in Manchester after meeting at an event and we were really inspired by their totally vertical supply chain. The factory is the heart of their business,” says Hamilton + Hare founder Olivia Francis. “Transparency in production is so important to me and with this setup PWVC really do know who makes each garment.”
United in the importance of integrity and quality, both founders are driven by an appreciation of craft and an understanding of what men want to wear. “Men want those staple go-to pieces that they can rely on,” adds Francis. “It has to be superb quality and functional – classic, but with a twist. James and I agreed on that.”
With Private White V.C. specialising in loungewear and Hamilton + Hare in underwear, the partnership was a natural fit thanks to the similar customer profile. The capsule has been made using great fabrics across factories in both Manchester and Portugal.
