Pretty Green – S/S 15
Monday 16th June saw Pretty Green showcase the Spring Summer 15 Black label collection. The event took place at the famous Gibson Brand studio, the private HQ where artists such as Paul Weller, Miles Kane and Primal Scream plan their tours.
Models took to the catwalk with a sound track of rock and roll to debut the collection entitled ‘The Production’. Music is always hugely influential and key to all the collections, garments are developed to ensure it’s true to this Pretty Green ethos.
Many of the pieces were limited edition including lots of directional tailoring, fine gauge knits and optical print shirts. Key items included a Black Label outsized leather parka based on one of Liam’s vintage pieces, a micro dot peak lapel suit, and also an English made trench coat with bespoke leather hardware.
The show also marked the 5th Anniversary of the brand founded by Liam Gallagher in 2009. Guests, including International press and buyers helped celebrate a truly outstanding show.
