Perricone MD H2 Elemental Energy Collection Review

There are so many skin care products out there, all of them claiming to solve every one of your skin issues and be exactly what you have been waiting for, but which ones do you choose??! It can be a bit of a minefield, so Dapper Chapper is here to help.

When I heard about the new range from Perricone MD I couldn’t wait to try them. Obviously they’ve got a premium price point but also a seriously good reputation so I was interested to see what all the fuss was about.

For the past 30 years Dr Perricone has been researching anti-inflammatory strategies for preventing and combating signs of aging.

Many of the products follow the discovery of the efficacy of Hydrogen and after years of scientific research, the H2 Elemental Energy™ range was created. This hydrogen charged collection has been developed to activate and energise the surface skin cells by simultaneously transforming cellular energy and delivering a powerful boost if hydration.

The products come in incredibly sleek brushed silver containers which would themselves add a stylish touch to any Dapper Chapper bathroom.

All the products are fragrance free and can be used on any skin types, particularly people with dry skin who are looking for a boost of hydration.

I have been using the range for a few weeks now and have found them all to be easy to use as they are not too thick and heavy and have already noticed an improvement in the look and feel of my skin.

Here are the products we have tried from the range:

Hydrating Booster Serum

An intense treatment for extremely dehydrated skin. This serum improves skin radiance and hydrates and soothes stressed skin while refining skin texture. It’s a gel and really works

De-Puffing Eye Gel

A light-weight cooling gel for the sensitive eye area. This gel de-puffs and hydrated the skin around the eyes and helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The only day I really noticed this was after a night out and it definitely woke up my eye area.

Hydrating Cloud Cream

A cloud like moisturiser. This moisturiser leaves skin looking fresh and energised while preventing loss of moisture by drawing and absorbing moisture from the air. This product is the star of the show out of the four in the collection.

Firming Foam Mask

A lightweight mask that goes on like a cream and foams on contact with the skin. This mask Instantly hydrates, resets and replenishes skin so that it looks firmer and smoother. I’d say this isn’t a necessarily a crucial part of your grooming regime but is a nice indulgent treat.
