In each of them, we’re using the Westbourne Strength – made using two separate distillates in copper-pot stills, expertly blended for a bright and complex gin with pepper, cassia and citrus notes.

1. Martin Miller’s Roulette Gin & Tonic
Ingredients – 50ml Martin Miller’s Gin | Premium tonic water | Strawberry, quartered | Crushed black pepper
Method – Fill glass with ice | Pour Martin Miller’s Gin over the ice | Add the strawberry | Top up with tonic water | Add 1 twist of black pepper
Optional – Use elderflower tonic for a sweeter drink
2. Martin Miller’s Ice & Spice Gin & Tonic
Ingredients – 50ml Martin Miller’s Gin | Premium tonic water | Chopped slices of red or green chilli | 2 fresh Coriander leaves
Method – Fill glass with ice | Pour Martin Miller’s Gin over the ice | Top up with tonic water | Garnish with chilli slices and awakened coriander leaves
3. Martin Miller’s Team Grapefruit & Basil Gin & Tonic
Ingredients – 50ml Martin Miller’s Gin | Premium tonic water | Slice of pink grapefruit | Two fresh basil leaves
Method – Fill glass with ice | Pour Martin Miller’s Gin over the ice | Top up with tonic water | Garnish with grapefruit and awakened basil leaves
4. Martin Miller’s GG – Gin & Ginger
Ingredients – 50ml Martin Miller’s Gin | Premium ginger beer | Wedge of fresh lime
Method – Fill glass with ice | Pour Martin Miller’s Gin over the ice | Squeeze in the lime wedge | Top up with ginger beer
Optional – Garnish with fresh mint and add Angostura bitters
