The Zurich Style Ride with Oris

Oris, who opened their first boutique in Zurich last Friday with a launch celebration consisting of exquisite gin cocktails, their range of impressive watches on display and Switzerland winning the World Cup match against Serbia, meant the celebrations went late on into the night.

We woke the following morning for The Style Ride…

A sensible starting time of 12pm allowed us to enjoy the morning having breakfast in the sun and a walk around the surrounding area. We caught the tram up the hill to the start line at The Dolder Grand Hotel where we congregated and refreshed before starting the ride.

It was at this point where you really appreciate the effort people put in to dressing up in serious style to take part in the ride.

We then made our descent towards the City center where we stopped off at Oris’s new boutique. Pit stops were organised at certain points over the 16km bike ride meaning we could refresh, take in the sights and chat with likeminded individuals over a coffee.

It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of and to experience such an event. A great way to experience Zurich, on a classic cycle around a beautiful area of the world.
