Aesop Moroccan Neroli Post-Shave Lotion Review

As you know, shaving can leave your skin feeling tight, dry, and sometimes irritated, so using a moisturiser or balm afterwards is vital. Aesop have created this lotion though, which is lighter than a cream, so it rubs in easily and doesn’t clog your pores.

I can tell you that a little goes a long way, this 60ml tube should last a fair amount of time, and I’m glad of that because this lotion is a very nice way to calm the skin down after stripping it of its natural oils goodness.

Packed with a blend of essential oils and Neroli blossom, it soothes the skin, and I personally use this prior to adding my daily moisturiser across the whole face. Plus, it has a very mild sandalwood fragrance, one of my favorites and a popular scent amongst my other shaving products.

The lotion is gentle though, so it’s ideal for all skin types, and not only after shaving. Use a small amount to rub in across the T-zone of your face following exfoliation and your skin will thank you for it.
