St James’s Market: Acoustic August

As the end of summer looms, it’s quite easy to feel rather melancholy about the whole thing. It’s been an extremely warm summer in the city, meaning seersucker and linen have been regularly on show, and so to receive some respite from the intense heat does seem rather appealing.

Although the sun may have disappeared, the events schedule at St James’s Market is still shining. If you haven’t perused the area on a Saturday you’re missing out and I’d suggest it shoots itself to the top of your to-do list before the end of September.

The market provides a programme of music, yours, pop-ups and screenings in the heart of London’s West-End.

On the evenings of Thursdays and Fridays, as well as Saturday lunchtimes, performers will take to the stage within their purpose built arts space for crowds to revel in their talents, within a wonderfully relaxed ambiance. 

We are now in Acoustic August, where a range of talented musicians that specialise in acoustic performances, take to the stage to showcase their talents. There’s still plenty of action not to be missed, so see the line up for the rest of August below!
