Theatre In The Clouds Review
Theatre In The Clouds
Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard
With Theatre In The Clouds in Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard, you literally couldn’t get closer to the action. In one of the most intensive theatre experiences we’ve seen, you get to enjoy performances less than a metre from the actors themselves.
Every scene by the captivating ‘Revels In Hand’ team is brought to life within arm’s reach, to bring you right into the performance. Brainchild of Cambridge University alumni Melanie Fullbrook, Freddie Hutchins and Lucy Eaton, this unique form of performance takes place entirely within a luxury signature suite.
The beautiful surroundings of the suite, marble clad bathrooms, underfloor heating and sweeping views over the city set the scene for the theatrical double bill of Noël Coward and John Van Druten. Choose from two ticket options – while both tickets include two glasses of champagne and a selection of Shangri-La canapés – you can enjoy the ‘show only’ at just £85, or indulge yourself with a luxury overnight stay in a beautiful room or suite, with prices starting at £685 based on two people sharing.
Echoing the Shakespearian tradition of actors invited to the home for private performances, this exclusive show is one experience you’re sure to remember.
